As the Data Controller, Génération Snacking, a company with its registered office at 21 bis rue du Bois de Tillet, 60800 Crépy-en-Valois (hereinafter “Génération Snacking” or “We”), takes particular care to respect your privacy and protect your personal data.
Génération Snacking implements strict rules in order to protect your personal data, and this in accordance with the regulations in force and in particular the “Informatique et Libertés” law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, (hereinafter together the “Applicable Regulations”).

1 - What is the scope of this Policy?

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the manner in which Génération Snacking collects, stores, uses and processes personal data concerning you through this website available at www.generationsnacking.com (hereinafter the “Site”) as well as to enable you to benefit from related functionalities, for example: the use of the “Contact” form or the sending of specific requests to the “Press Relations” department (hereinafter the “Services”).
Génération Snacking, as the Data Controller, collects personal data concerning you, through the Site, under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy concerns all users of the Site, namely those who browse the Site and those who use the Services (hereinafter collectively the “Users”).

2 - What types of personal data do we collect?

Génération Snacking collects (1) personal data that you have voluntarily shared and (2) navigation data related to access and use of the Site and Services.
In particular, Génération Snacking collects the following information:
- data you voluntarily share with Génération Snacking: Génération Snacking may collect your personal data (for example: first name, last name, email, city, country, telephone number, job title, employer, business sector, etc.) when you submit a request via the “Contact” form on the Site or when you send a specific request to the Press Relations department by email ;
- navigation data and cookies: When you access and use the Site or Services, Génération Snacking may collect information about these visits.

3 - For what purposes do we collect your personal data?

We process data to:
a) Allow you to use the Site;
b) Allow you to use the information request service.
c) Allow you to respond to recruitment offers.
In all cases, Génération Snacking will refrain from any use incompatible with the defined purposes. We ensure that your personal data is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected and/or further processed.
4 - On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

The processing purposes listed above are based on the following grounds of lawfulness:
- The Processing Purposes listed in sections 3 (a) and (b) of this Privacy Policy are in principle based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
5 - How long do you keep your personal data?
Génération Snacking retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the Purposes pursued, as described in section 3 above. The retention periods applied are determined according to our needs, the rights of the persons concerned, legal retention obligations and applicable legal prescription periods.
In particular, your personal data is kept :
- For the time strictly necessary to use the Site and provide the Services.

6 - What technical and organizational security measures have we put in place?

Génération Snacking implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of personal data security appropriate to the risks incurred.
In this respect, although Génération Snacking uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against theft, loss, unauthorized use, disclosure or modification, Génération Snacking cannot guarantee that it is able to protect itself against all existing IT risks.
When your personal data is shared with subcontractors, Génération Snacking also contractually ensures that these subcontractors are subject to similar obligations enabling them to provide the same level of protection for your personal data.
In addition, all Génération Snacking employees who have access to personal data as part of their duties are subject to confidentiality obligations with regard to your personal data.

7 - Who has access to your personal data?

Within the framework of the processing purposes presented in section 3 of this Privacy Policy, your personal data is communicated internally within Génération Snacking, to personnel authorized to process such data. Mademoiselle Desserts may also communicate your personal data to the following recipients:
- Third-party service providers (Iconic Digital in charge of site maintenance and hosting).

We will not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA.

9 - Minors under 15

The Site is not directed at and does not offer Services to individuals under the age of 15, and Génération Snacking does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 15 or from minors in general.

- the right to portability of your personal data.
You also have the option of giving us instructions on what to do with your personal data in the event of your death.
