Our adaptable production system enables us to develop a wide variety of products that meet market demands and cater to the specific expectations of our clients. Each year, we produce 2,700 tons of products based on your recipes.

As a family-run business, we reimagine traditional recipes by incorporating a unique touch of French expertise.
Today, we offer a broad selection of cookies, muffins, puckies, cakes, and croque-monsieur. The quality of our creations stems from the meticulous selection of high-quality raw materials.

Our artisanal production, entirely carried out in France, relies on simple yet efficient equipment: dough formers, rotary ovens for rack baking, and flexible packaging lines designed for both bulk and individually wrapped products.

Freezing, the final step in our process, ensures the preservation of the flavors in our recipes. It also offers optimal convenience, with a shelf life of up to 18 months in the freezer and 3 days at room temperature after thawing.
